The self-employed have the same rights as employees for all the benefits provided by the (FCA) family allowance funds, i.e. compensation of family burdens (birth, child...) and the right to benefit from the benefits relating to housing and the precarious (the RSA, for example).

Business leaders have a basic retirement period and equal contribution, is similar to that of the employees. It is complemented by a compulsory supplementary pension, or even by a supplementary pension for optional membership. Specific rules however planned for liberal professionals, certain categories of Liberals is not required to contribute to a compulsory supplementary pension.
